Quetschrand
Eine Eigenschaft des Buchdrucks ist der Quetschrand, welcher durch das Anpressen des Papiers an die Druckplatte entsteht. In der Vergrösserung ist er am linken Bildrand sichtbar.

Quetschrand
A special characteristic of letterpress printing is the "Quetschrand", which is the result of the pressing of the paper onto the print form, apparent in the enlargement on the left.
